Boom arm comes complete with sand bag (sand is not included) to counter balance the equipment we recommend the use of Ex-Pro Light stands although the spiggotTilt mount attachment can be fitted to a wide variety of lighting stands of various brands. The boom can be extended from 75cm through to 140cm outwards, boom has a standard Spiggot with a 1/4″ Mount thread.
